After reaching a peak of approximately 948,000 customers without power, outages have been reduced to 554,557, with more than 393,000 customers restored to date. OSR crews remain fully deployed across the storm footprint, focusing on critical infrastructure repairs and progressing through targeted restoration efforts in heavily impacted areas. As damage assessments transition further into active repairs, restoration is accelerating where conditions allow. Safety remains the top priority as crews work in winter conditions. OSR will continue providing updates as restoration advances and additional customers are brought back online.

On Day 5 of Winter Storm Fern response, restoration efforts continue to gain momentum across impacted regions. After reaching a peak of approximately 948,000 outages, more than 560,000 customers have now been restored, reducing current outages to 388,322. OSR crews remain deployed across the storm footprint, transitioning deeper into targeted repairs and localized restoration as access improves. With damage assessments largely complete, work is focused on rebuilding and re-energizing remaining affected areas. Safety remains the top priority as crews operate in winter conditions. OSR will continue providing regular updates as restoration advances and additional customers are brought back online.
